For over two decades, I’ve worked in healthcare as a practicing and dual board certified physician in Pediatrics and Internal Medicine, with deep expertise in clinical informatics and digital solutions that make sense to busy providers. I’ve become an award-winning industry leader, dynamic and entertaining speaker, and ‘quasi-author’ on medium to large scale, multi-year multi-facility Epic Systems’ EHR deployments from request for proposal, project management, deployment, stabilization and ongoing optimization and clinical governance required to maximize investments and provider satisfaction.
My peers have (lovingly) referred to me as a "ridiculous optimist" in striving for the Quadruple Aim: delivering high quality, safe, and affordable & equitable care while protecting our frontline heroes from burnout.
Across the U.S., I’ve created and refined clinician- and patient-friendly strategies to enhance workflows, while partnering across all levels of the organization at multi-facility healthcare delivery systems.
